Meditation Course
In-person & online training
Who are we beyond the constant noise, the need for company, the constant external stimulation?
We are invited to (re)discover silence as a place we have a right to inhabit and as a structuring part of our inner space. Thus, we reclaim the possibility of stillness within ourselves and the silent comfort of our own presence and existence.
In this course, we explore in a practical way our relationship with silence, developing reciprocity and openness so that silence expresses itself within us, in the places we inhabit, in the landscapes we travel, emerging from itself.
The learning process takes place gradually over six months, supported by a growing intimacy with ourselves and the world. The course prioritizes silent meditative practices and transformative learning, critical thinking and self-inquiry, enhancing the right to imagination, active creativity, sensitive sharing, and deep listening in a circle.
What is this journey?
Why practice silent meditation?
The practice of silent meditation invites us to listen and feel what arises, in a continuous encounter with our inner truth.
The practice of silent meditation suggests an internal and autonomous dive into ourselves, preparing us for the original and unknown mystery of each new moment.
The practice of silent meditation guides us to the totality of the existence, in an experiential, unique, and revealing way, embracing reality as it is.
•
What is Deep Silence?
It is a living journey of deconstructing formats, which restores deep listening, sensitive presence, and reconnection with the internal and external landscapes that support silence.
The Deep Silence meditation course includes silent meditation practices, exploring different positions, times, dynamics, spaces, and focuses. We use the body as a reference, attention as a compass, and breathing as a flow in this continuous encounter with the silence that dwells within us.
Each meeting is a creative initiative that invites writing, drawing, movement, and expression in a space of understanding, openness, and non-judgment.
We emphasize progressive learning, cultivating Deep Silence through personal, direct, and objective experience.

How does this work?
For those interested in developing an honest and fraternal relationship with themselves through the practical exploration of silence.
For those who want to deepen the potential of Silence as a field of fertile, safe consciousness and collective creativity.
For those seeking greater understanding, autonomy, and consistency in their individual meditation practice.
For those who want to reclaim silence as a place and right in their lives.
You seek an individual path of improvement rather than a collective path of acceptance and belonging.
You don't want to allow yourself to transform and to sit with what you cannot rationalize.
You don't want to live with discomfort, paradox, slowness, and the deconstruction of your beliefs.
You seek an immediate formula for happiness or a proposal that promotes passivity and non-participation.
Who is this invitation for?
This is not the place for you, if...
Silence as a practice
Meditation as a place
Listening as a path

Meditation teacher certified by Yoga Alliance Professionals and trained in meditation by the Porto Buddhist Center, Nuno leads weekly meditation circles, meditation workshops, meditation courses, private meditation lessons and retreats, activities to which he currently dedicates himself full-time.
Nuno sought answers to his existential concerns in everything society promotes and offers, realizing that externally focused experiences are important but always fleeting. It was on the inner path that he found a return to the heart, to the essence of life, and to contact with the pure, vast, and limitless universe.
With a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of Porto, he expanded his training with NLP and certified Coaching from the International School of Professional Coaching. Expanding his knowledge and growing as a Business Manager for 15 years, he also completed a Master's degree in Sports Science with a merit scholarship, specializing in Sports Training, and also expanded his mission in the worlds with his book on human development, "A Prova do José" (Chiado, 2017).
It was by exploring the infinite practices and currents of Meditation that he delved deeper into his journey, becoming intimate and true to himself and the world.

About the Teacher

Marie Manuelle (France)
University Teacher
Incredible. The teacher Nuno is an excellent guide and teacher, simultaneously firm and flexible, straightforward yet very attentive and respectful of the states and rhythms of knowledge integration of his students. The greatest value was the applicability of the course to life and the presence and support of the teacher between sessions.
Foster Hodge (United States)
Entrepreneurial Manager
The group exploration methodology is incredible, such a perfect combination of elements. Offering this kind of depth of meditative and contemplative practice with group sharing and support is truly a sweet spot. I really enjoyed the six-month commitment. The main value was creating and maintaining a daily meditation practice in a much deeper way.
